The Bag Lady, and the products that I make, is a part-time, home based business located in East York, a borough, within the City of Toronto. I produce merchandise made from Juice Pouches. The Juice Pouches are made from recycled materials but once used to store juice; they become garbage and head off to the landfill.
The products that I create are all original designs and are created one at a time. This process ensures a personal touch that in turn gives each item a unique look. Each item is crafted with hand cleaned and dried juice pouches, nylon thread, webbing and zippers for durability and staying power.
I create each product from scratch on my sewing machine and no two products are exactly alike. Mass production is not my style, individuality, uniqueness and environmental personality are!
Besides myself, many of my friends and family use my products on a daily basis. I am doing my small part to keep Juice Pouches out of the landfill and on the arms of the fashion and environmentally conscience!
